Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview processes across multiple stages
Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process
Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
- High volume/bulk recruiting experience
- Minimum 3 years working in HR, recruiting and/or talent acquisition
