Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Supply Chain Planning and ERP/boundary system integrations. The Scrum Master will enable high-performing teams by facilitating core Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and driving continuous improvement using Agile and flow metrics. This role partners closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to improve delivery predictability, transparency, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities (High Necessity)
Serve as the chief Scrum Master for the Agile Release Train (ART) supporting 8–12 Agile teams
Plan and facilitate core SAFe program events:
PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt
Drive PI execution, improving predictability, delivery flow, and end-to-end transparency
Identify, manage, and remove cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders to strengthen SAFe ways of working
Provide clear program-level metrics, insights, and executive-ready reporting
Partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, and Business Owners to align priorities and execution

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years in technology delivery and/or Agile leadership
4–6+ years as an RTE, Program Scrum Master, or Agile Program Lead
Strong hands-on SAFe implementation and execution experience
Proven ability to assess and stabilize challenged or mid-flight ARTs, then improve execution quickly
Experience using Agile lifecycle tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Rally, or Azure DevOps
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) — strongly preferred
SAFe Agilist (SA), SPC, PMP, CSM — desirable / additive
Outcome-driven and execution-focused with a strong delivery mindset
Excellent facilitator with executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Skilled at knowledge transfer—leaves teams self-sufficient and operating effectively
Experience with Supply Chain Planning applications (e.g., Kinaxis and similar platforms)
Experience with ERP integration and boundary systems in complex enterprise environments
