Marketing Finance Senior Manager

A customer of Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Finance Senior Manager to join their team. The Marketing Finance Senior Manager serves as the strategic finance partner for the Marketing function, providing financial leadership, analytical insights, and operational support to drive data‑informed decision‑making. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, ROI analysis, and performance tracking across marketing programs. The Marketing Finance Senior Manager ensures financial discipline, facilitates scenario planning, and partners closely with marketing leaders to optimize spend effectiveness and support growth initiatives. This individual will also be expected to liaise with the Finance Department to optimize reporting and interaction including but not limited to supporting internal controls. - 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally supporting Marketing, Sales, or commercial functions
- FP&A experience- modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, budget development
- Exp managing marketing metrics (ROI, conversion, attribution, etc)
- Experience developing dashboards for KPI tracking, budget utilization, and forecast accuracy
- Advanced Excel, BI, & reporting tool proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
