Job Description

This role sits at the intersection of Learning & Development, Program Management, and Event Delivery. The individual will own learning program workstreams from planning through execution, partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-impact leadership development and training initiatives. Responsibilities include managing project plans, coordinating large-scale learning events and conferences, overseeing learner communications, tracking budgets and KPIs, mitigating project risks, and ensuring a seamless learner experience. The ideal candidate has experience managing corporate learning programs in a large enterprise or professional services environment and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders across complex organizations. Candidates coming from Big 4, consulting firms, Fortune 500 companies, or enterprise-level corporate learning organizations will be especially relevant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of learning and leadership development programs, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Own a learning program workstream and serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and operational teams.
Coordinate large-scale in-person conferences, training events, workshops, and learning experiences.
Develop and maintain project plans, monitor program budgets, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful program execution.
Manage learner communications, registration activities, program logistics, facilitator preparation, and post-event follow-up.
Lead project meetings, status updates, rehearsals, and stakeholder reviews to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Partner with Learning Consultants, Instructional Designers, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions across live, virtual, and digital formats.

Required Skills & Experience

3-7+ years of experience managing learning, training, leadership development, or talent development programs.
Strong project management skills, including ownership of timelines, budgets, stakeholder communications, and program execution.
Experience supporting large-scale conferences, workshops, leadership programs, or enterprise learning events.
Experience working within a large corporate enterprise, professional services firm, consulting organization, or Fortune 500 environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while independently owning a workstream.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Instructional Design and PM expertise
PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Accenture, IBM Consulting, Capgemini, or similar environments.
Experience supporting manager, senior manager, director, or executive leadership development programs.
