Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Remote HR Business Partner to support core HR operations, talent processes, and employee lifecycle activities during a high‑impact contract engagement. This role will partner closely with the HR Director, and cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience from offer acceptance through onboarding and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate brings strong HR administration experience, comfort operating independently in a remote environment, and the ability to manage multiple workflows with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage employee onboarding and HR administration, supporting employees from offer acceptance through day‑one readiness
• Administer the ADP HRIS for onboarding workflows, employee records, and compliance documentation (no payroll responsibilities)
• Coordinate background checks, including federal screenings, to meet client and onsite requirements
• Oversee equipment ordering and system access coordination to ensure timely and successful employee start dates
• Schedule and facilitate internal interviews, partnering with hiring managers and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Conduct and support candidate interviews, with strong proficiency in behavioral and qualification‑based interviewing
• Support international assignments, including visa processes and work authorization requirements
• Partner with immigration attorneys to manage visa sponsorships and ensure compliance for global and onsite employees
• Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders throughout the contract period

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have
• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Administrator role
• Hands‑on experience with ADP HRIS, specifically for onboarding and employee records
• Strong understanding of onboarding, compliance, and background check processes
• Experience coordinating interviews and partnering with hiring managers
• Exposure to immigration processes, visas, and international assignments
