Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Americas Field & Partner Marketing, you will help develop and execute marketing programs designed to generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, engage customers, and support strategic partnerships across North America.

Responsibilities:
Plan and execute regional marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement.
Own a portfolio of field marketing events and programs from concept through execution, including budgeting, attendee recruitment, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
Support executive roundtables, customer events, partner programs, trade shows, hospitality experiences, webinars, and targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
Partner closely with sales teams to identify target accounts, drive attendance, and maximize business impact.
Collaborate with channel, alliance, digital marketing, marketing operations, and SDR teams to deliver successful programs.
Track program performance and provide insights and recommendations for future optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or marketing operations.
Experience in the IT industry
Experience executing customer events, executive engagement programs, webinars, trade shows, or partner marketing initiatives.
Experience executing account-based marketing (ABM), executive engagement programs, and targeted 1:1 or 1: Few marketing initiatives.
Experience partnering with sales organizations to drive pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and customer expansion.
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30–40% throughout North America.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support customer-facing events and programs.
