Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team. This person will be responsible for supporting the internal employees with a walk up desk. This will include hardware, phones, basic software, and some AV support as part of this role. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in general workstation set up and support as well as great customer service skills.

This position has flexible hours and will be 35 hours a week. They must be comfortable occasionally staying past working hours for meeting support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience with general workstation setup and technical support.
• Experience with hardware and software, mobile device, and A/V support.
• Ability to work after-hours for general meeting support.
Customer service skills/ experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• CompTIA A+/ ITLL Certifications highly preferred.
