Job Description
A client of Insight Global’s is looking to hire a Business Analyst/ Quality Assurance Tester to join their team. This role is a 12 month (1 year) fully remote contract. This position will support a new team that is responsible for adjustments to an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation that recently went live. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support functional analysis, testing, and release readiness activities as well as have a experience as a Business Analyst. Experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud applications is required. This role requires strong, hands-on Oracle HCM functional expertise and experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes.

Required Skills & Experience
· Demonstrated, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
· Experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes.
· Proven background in SaaS application testing, including regression testing for Oracle quarterly updates.
· Ability to perform both Business Analyst and Quality Assurance functions.
· Experience with QA methodologies and manual testing.
· Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Experience running parallel payroll.
· Experience in higher education or a similar environment.
