Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator to join their accounting team. This individual will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general accounting support functions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The ideal candidate will bring experience within the construction industry and a strong understanding of construction accounting practices.
Responsibilities include:
Processing vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, and maintaining vendor records.
Managing customer invoicing, collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations.
Processing weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring payroll compliance.
Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities, bank reconciliations, job costing, and financial reporting.
Supporting project managers with billing, project accounting, and other administrative accounting functions.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
Construction industry experience.
Hands-on experience with Sage accounting software (Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, or similar).
Experience with Construction Office software.
Knowledge of construction accounting principles, including job costing, retainage, and progress billing.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AIA billing.
Knowledge of certified payroll, prevailing wage requirements, lien waivers, and subcontractor compliance.
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Compensation:
$18-$24/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
