A large commercial and consumer banking client is looking for a Client Treasury Management Specialist to join the Commercial Services team within Operations. This person will be responsible for the onboarding and training of commercial clients for all treasury products. The team supports both the branches and Relationship Managers for all new business that comes in. This will entail receiving client implementations from the Treasury Sales teams and correctly onboarding them to the treasury products they have opted into. They will take those agreement, access the specific treasury product system and set up the product. Once the product set up is complete, they will be responsible for training those clients. The trainings will entail either one on one trainings or Webinars. They will be responsible for becoming an SME in these products in order to best educate the client during set up and implementation process. In addition, they will be responsible for any troubleshooting or ad hoc client requests that arise. As the company introduces new products or vendors, this person will be trained on the new offerings or processes to best assist clients.
