Job Description
Insight Global is looking for two embedded software engineers in St. Petersburg, FL. This person will be responsible for design of a new medical device system that uses Bluetooth as well as updating an existing design that is currently using Zigbee and needs to be updated to have Bluetooth capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Must be able to create Mesh Networks with Bluetooth and/or Zigbee.
- 7+ years experience as an embedded software engineer
- Regulated industry experience (healthcare, automotive, aerospace)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Strong skills in C, C++
- Nordic experience with Sepher OS
- White Box Software Requirement testing
- Electro-mechanical design troubleshooting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Gateway design experience
• Database concepts
• Software Planning, Requirements, Architecture, Design, Implementation, and Integration
• Medical Device Design Experience with FDA and IEC62304 processes
• Scripting for test Python
