Insight Global is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to support a manufacturing customer within the aerospace industry. This is a newly created role focused on inventory and stockroom operations, designed to strengthen material accuracy and production support.
The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for pulling orders, generating pick lists, and performing high‑volume inventory transactions within SAP. A key aspect of the role is ensuring strict serial number accuracy, making attention to detail and system discipline critical. This position plays an essential role in maintaining inventory integrity and supporting smooth, uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, with the ability to balance physical stockroom activities and transactional system work.

Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
2–4 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory‑focused role
Experience pulling orders, creating pick lists, labeling, and staging materials in a manufacturing environment
Hands‑on experience performing inventory transactions in SAP (transfers, adjustments, goods movements)
Strong attention to detail, including accurate handling of part numbers and serial numbers
Comfortable with physical stockroom work, including lifting up to 75 lbs, ladder use, and working in tight spaces
