Job Description
• Serve as a point of contact for clients via phone and email.
• Assist with account maintenance, including opening new accounts, processing changes, purchases, withdrawals, transfers, and distributions.
• Prepare and send reports, statements, and other client documents; coordinate meeting materials, agendas, and follow up items for advisors.
• Document all client interactions and follow up tasks in Redtail CRM to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Maintain accurate client information in firm systems and databases, including contact details, account data, and planning notes.
• Process paperwork and financial transactions accurately; review items “not in good order” and work with clients and advisors to correct them.
• Monitor client issues and promptly inform the advisor of matters requiring their attention or judgment.
• Stay current on firm procedures, industry rules, and compliance requirements relevant to client service and operations.
• Participate in branch operations meetings, trainings, and occasional conferences; assist with special projects as assigned.

• Genuine interest in investments, financial planning, and growing into a future advisory or planner role.

• Redtail CRM, Advyzon, DocuSign, MoneyGuide Pro, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Various investment and insurance company websites and platforms used in day to day client servicing and planning support.
