Job Description

Insight Global's client is a growing road construction company. We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Manager for our local operations. The Asphalt Plant Manager will manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the asphalt plant.

Required Skills & Experience

5 or more years of experience in asphalt production and plant management

Knowledge of asphalt plant operation, maintenance and safety procedures

Experience in project management, scheduling and monitoring

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Manage and oversee the overall operations of the asphalt production plant, including production, scheduling, and maintenance

Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency, safety, and performance

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies, and develop safety training programs for all employees

Ensure the quality of the asphalt produced and communicate with customers to meet their expectations

Developing and managing project schedules with contractors
