Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a MedTech Company. This role supports a team responsible for post-sales support of small and large capital equipment and software used in orthopedic surgical procedures across the United States, with a strong focus on urgency, accuracy, and coordination. The individual manages inbound requests—primarily from sales representatives—through a shared email inbox, ensuring same-day outbound shipment of materials, often overnight, to quickly restore critical systems. Responsibilities include facilitating counter-to-counter transactions (typically 10–15 per day), coordinating with distribution centers and FedEx, troubleshooting and escalating shipping issues as needed, and ensuring all quality, compliance, and fiscal requirements are met. The role may also support peripheral processes such as invoicing when customers do not have active service agreements, while working cross-functionally to problem-solve and keep shipments moving efficiently within tight timelines.

- 4+ yeas of experience in a logistics or Customer service related role -
