Job Description

§ Lead e‑commerce product management across critical stages of the purchase funnel, with an emphasis on conversion optimization
§ Own daily enhancement products (e.g., skip‑the‑line passes, reserved seating, and premium add‑ons) that drive incremental revenue
§ Oversee the strategy and execution for catalog and product detail pages, ensuring product information is compelling, clear, and conversion‑focused
§ Optimize the mobile and web experience to effectively move high‑intent customers from product discovery to add‑to‑cart
§ Use data and experimentation to continuously refine how intent is captured and translated into completed cart actions
§ Ability to seamlessly shift between strategic leadership and hands‑on execution
§ This individual will own and define the e‑commerce strategy

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of Product Management experience within respected consumer e‑commerce organizations (Walmart, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Nike), with a strong focus on mobile web and native apps
• Proven ownership of revenue‑critical products, driving strategy, execution, and continuous optimization end‑to‑end generating $100M+
• Experience with analytics/replay tools (Quantum Metric, Google Analytics).
• Strong expertise in pricing, packaging, merchandising, and offer optimization
• Experience with modern product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean
• Self‑starter with professional maturity, strong judgment, and the interpersonal skills to build trust quickly and operate effectively from day one
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience using ADO for work tracking, backlog management, and delivery coordination
• Familiarity with Sitecore as a content management system
• Hands‑on experience with Quantum Metric and Jira for analytics, monitoring user behavior, and tracking delivery progress
• Previous Optimizely experience
• Prior experience leveraging modern AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and overall delivery velocity
