$120k - $150k (estimate)

Job Description

□ Build and maintain backend services and APIs supporting customer-facing digital experiences
□ Integrate backend services with CMS-driven experiences, enabling content-driven and configurable experiences across the platform
□ Design stable API contracts with clear versioning, backward compatibility, and predictable behavior
□ Build cloud-native services on Azure or other major cloud platforms, with attention to observability, resiliency, and performance
□ Drive technical design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development practices
□ Own quality end-to-end through automated testing and the right level of code coverage
□ Use modern AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, and developer velocity

Required Skills & Experience

□ 7+ years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET, including building REST APIs, implementing dependency injection, async programming, validation, and secure API development
□ Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments
□ Hands-on experience building, supporting, new and maintaining existing applications
□ Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline setup and management
□ Proven track record of building and maintaining automated test coverage as part of delivery (unit, integration, and API testing for critical workflows)
□ Experience with testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Jest, or MSTest
□ Cloud-native development experience in Azure, including deployments, configuration, and secrets management
□ Comfortable working across backend, web, and mobile layers, with a solid understanding of how systems interact in production
□ Strong communication skills, and the ability to clearly explain technical designs and decisions and align across engineering and cross-functional teams
□ Comfortable working with and modernizing legacy systems while maintaining stability and reliability

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

□ Production experience building backend services with Node.js, including API frameworks and asynchronous service behavior
□ Prior experience working with iOS and Android and how mobile apps interact with the backend
□ Prior experience providing the platform for the mobile applications
® Understanding the need of a mobile app integrated platform
□ Experience supporting CMS-based Web platforms through backend services, integrations, and content delivery patterns
