Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of Technical Project -
Leads technical projects through the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
Partners with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and leadership to drive successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Establishes and improves Agile processes, ceremonies, and project governance across large cross-functional teams.
Manages hardware and software procurement for assigned projects.
Develops and oversees program plans consisting of multiple parallel projects with significant business impact.
Monitors program progress, adjusts plans as needed, and mitigates risks to achieve business objectives.
Provides governance, executive reporting, and senior leadership oversight across programs.
Manages program financials, including budgeting, expenditure tracking, ROI analysis, and fiscal controls.
Builds and scales the operational infrastructure required to support program success.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of project management experience,
Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Strong communication and organizational skills
- Minimum of 5 years of technical project/program management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise class solutions
- Strong project management background (project planning, budget management, direction setting & leadership)
- Understands the software development life cycle and up to speed on the latest flavors of agile methodologies
- Understand the product-centric delivery approach
- Familiar operating within a Tech & Digital organization, working on technology initiatives
Exhibits adaptable / flexible styles of leadership
- A self-starter / go-getter, able to anticipate the needs of their project / leader(s)
- Able to find comfort with ambiguous objectives, where the end-state may not always be apparent
- Ability to partner with external leadership to understand their project needs, establishing a solid working relationship
