Job Description
Core Build & System Support
• Perform ongoing Optime and Anesthesia module build, including OR room configuration, case types, workflows, and provider specific setup. [https://ou...essageItem | Outlook]
• Execute device integration tasks for anesthesia machines, monitors, and other perioperative equipment; troubleshoot interface and connectivity issues. [https://ou...essageItem | Outlook]
• Support implementation activities such as new workflow rollouts, optimization initiatives, and OR/Anesthesia environment updates. [https://ou...essageItem | Outlook]
• Conduct system validation, unit testing, and regression testing for new build and upgrades.
• Partner with cross functional teams (sched, clinical, surgical services, anesthesia) to ensure alignment with operational workflows.
Operational Support & Issue Resolution
• Monitor and resolve Optime/Anesthesia related tickets related to workflows, scheduling, documentation, and device integration.
• Troubleshoot OR scheduling conflicts, case build issues, missing resources, anesthesia record errors, or printing/device failures.
• Provide on call support during scheduled rotation (24 hour call window as referenced). [https://ou...essageItem | Outlook]
Workflow Enhancement & Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with perioperative leadership, anesthesia clinicians, and schedulers to refine workflows and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Maintain documentation for build standards, change control, and configuration updates.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to review requirements, advise on system capabilities, and provide status updates.

Required Skills & Experience

• Epic Optime Certification
• Epic Anesthesia Certification
• 3+ years experience in Optime module
• Build, Implementation, Device Integration
