Job Description
Day to Day:
• Support, build, and optimize Epic ClinDoc workflows to meet nursing and clinical documentation needs
• Configure and maintain nursing documentation tools, including Tasks, LDAs, and flowsheets
• Partner with nursing, clinical, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic solutions
• Support device integration and ensure accurate documentation flow from clinical devices into Epic
• Maintain and troubleshoot Facility Structure components impacting ClinDoc build
• Investigate and resolve documentation issues, workflow gaps, and end user questions
• Participate in testing, validation, and go live support for new builds or enhancements
• Collaborate closely with cross functional Epic teams (orders, ADT, reporting, etc.)
• Proactively identify opportunities for workflow improvement and system optimization
• Contribute as a strong team player—jumping in where needed and owning work end to end

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• Epic ClinDoc Certification
• 3+ years’ experience in ClinDoc
• Foundational knowledge of Facility Structure, Device Integration, Nursing – Task, LDAs, etc.
• Go-getter + ability to work strong amongst team
