Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Order Processing Coordinator to join the team of one of our manufacturing clients. This candidate will process and review customer orders for accuracy and contract compliance and enter information into their systems to ensure timely processing, shipping, and delivery. They will address customer concerns regarding delays or damages largely through email and coordinate with the Account Manager and operations teams to complete any necessary documentation. The Order Processing Specialist should be very comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel, utilizing filters and formulas. The candidate may need to resolve invoicing issues and should have great customer service/communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-3+ years of experience with data entry, order entry/processing, or invoicing
- Strongly proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and utilizing formulars to process heavy transactional work
- Strong data entry and customer service abilities with a great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- VLOOKUP (strongly preferred) and pivot table experience
- Experience with EDI/ERP systems, specifically NetSuite
- Experience with management of shipping vendors - FedEx, UPS, Freight Carriers
