Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Clinical Informatics Educators with clinical backgrounds to support clinician education, workflow optimization, and system adoption. These roles partner closely with informatics and clinical leadership to ensure clinicians are confident, effective, and supported in their use of clinical systems.
The educators serve as frontline resources for clinicians—delivering training, supporting workflow changes, and acting as liaisons between technical teams and clinical staff. This team plays a critical role in adoption and ongoing support, working directly with clinicians to ensure smooth transitions, strong system utilization, and day‑to‑day operational success.

Required Skills & Experience

• Clinical background (hospital or ambulatory)
• Experience working with EHR systems (Athena, Epic, or similar)
• Strong clinician training and communication skills
• Ability to support clinicians during workflow and system changes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior informatics educator, trainer, or super‑user experience
• Active RN License
• Clinical informatics certification
Experience supporting EHR upgrades or go‑lives
