A client of insight global within the B2B wealthtech space has opened an insurance agency and is seeking eager Annuities Insurance Producers to join their growing team. Backed by proprietary financial planning technology and strong lead generation, the firm is building a high-performing sales team to serve underserved clients who do not currently have an advisor relationship.
This is an opportunity for early-career insurance professionals to plug into a scalable platform with provided leads, strong support, and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client consultations and close insurance sales, with a focus on annuity products
• Work company-provided leads while also prospecting independently as needed
• Educate clients on financial planning and retirement solutions using in-house technology
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to policy placement
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of insurance sales experience (annuities strongly preferred)
• Experience with annuities strongly preferred
• Active Life Insurance License required
• Strong product knowledge and client-facing sales experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Securities licenses (Series 6/7/63/65) are a plus but not required
• Background in captive agencies (e.g., Farmers, Nationwide) is highly preferred
