My client in the ITS/Tolling industry is seeking a skilled Electrician to support the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of intelligent transportation and electrical infrastructure. This role combines commercial electrical work with advanced traffic technology systems, supporting large-scale roadway and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting experience, knowledge of commercial power systems, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities: Electrical Installation & Troubleshooting
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems including:
○ Transformers
○ Power lines
○ Commercial power systems
○ Backup generators and power infrastructure
Diagnose and resolve electrical and system issues in the field.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems
• Experience troubleshooting transformers, power distribution, and generators
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and schematics
• Comfortable working in field environments and reactive troubleshooting situations
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (approximately once per month)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
• Class B license or higher
• Master Electrician certification (preferred)
• Experience with fiber optics or network infrastructure
