Job Description
Analyze operational and engineering data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for management
Develop KPI tracking around productivity, backlog, utilization, project delivery, and performance
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and Leadership teams to gather requirements
Document business processes and recommend process improvements
Assist with forecasting and workforce planning initiatives
Create executive-level reports and presentations
Validate data accuracy and support data quality initiatives
Monitor project performance and identify operational bottlenecks
Support strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization

Required Skills & Experience
✅ 3+ years of Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar experience
✅ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis)
✅ Experience developing dashboards and reporting metrics
✅ Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Experience presenting data and recommendations to leadership
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
⭐ Experience supporting Utility, Engineering, , Construction organizations
⭐ Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools
⭐ SQL experience
⭐ Experience supporting engineering production teams
⭐ Process improvement or Lean Six Sigma experience
⭐ Experience with resource forecasting and project KPI reporting
⭐ GIS or engineering operations exposure
