Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a senior-level Business Analyst with deep expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter to support high-impact initiatives within their organization. This individual will play a key role in driving requirements, leading discussions with stakeholders, and partnering closely with Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and participating in daily stand-ups, facilitating workshops, gathering and refining complex business requirements, and translating those into detailed user stories. This individual will also support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience within Guidewire BillingCenter, particularly around integrations and payment systems. This person should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced Agile environment and have the ability to influence stakeholders, guide junior analysts, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Experience with third-party integrations, OneInc, and relevant certifications will set candidates apart.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience working with Guidewire
5+ years of experience specifically within a BillingCenter environment
7+ years of total Business Analyst experience (must include Guidewire-focused BA work)
Strong expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter functionality and workflows
Proven experience writing detailed user stories, gathering complex requirements, and supporting full SDLC processes
Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming)
Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Deep experience with Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with BillingCenter integrations
Exposure to third-party integrations within Guidewire
Experience with OneInc (OneInk) payments platform
Guidewire certifications (BillingCenter or related)
Business Analyst certifications (CBAP, CCBA, etc.)
