Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Commercial Title Examiner to examine commercial real property and determine the condition and insurability of title. This role is responsible for searching and examining public records, compiling full chains of title, analyzing documents that impact ownership, and preparing title commitments and related title products. The examiner will map and review complex legal descriptions, identify title issues, set appropriate requirements, and work closely with customers and underwriting teams to resolve issues. This position requires the ability to independently handle high‑volume, fast‑paced commercial work while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Title Examiner
- Expertise in examining in the state of FL or TX
- Experience mapping and interpreting complex legal descriptions
- Ability to prepare and review title commitments and apply proper requirements
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience using Deed Plotter, DataTrace, TitlePoint or The Fund
