Job Description
This person will support project teams by ensuring contracts and corporation agreements are executed in alignment with the companies' interests while protecting contractual rights and maintaining compliance. This role drives consistent contract management practices across projects, monitors obligations and risk exposure, identifies claims, liquidated damages, and commercial opportunities, and serves as the primary advisor on contract strategy and claims management.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Legal Studies
- 5+ years of experience in contract management supporting project execution of large industrial projects (Power, EPC Turnkey projects, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Federal, etc.)
- Experience with construction claims defense and disputes resolution through project settlements.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

- Experience with AI software solutions for Contract Management
