Job Description
This role serves as the primary person for Source‑to‑Contract (STC) business processes within Coupa, and sourcing stakeholders by ensuring data integrity, effective system configurations, and relevant reporting solutions. The position bridges business process needs with system capabilities by supporting ad hoc requests, providing functional consultation and training, and maintaining deep knowledge of STC data, integrations, and upstream/downstream systems such as SAP and supplier portals.
Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of Coupa enhancements in collaboration with governance teams, communicating release impacts and status updates to stakeholders, and maintaining comprehensive process and training documentation.
The role also delivers end‑user support by troubleshooting issues, managing ServiceNow incidents, contributing to system and process improvement projects, performing data analysis, and supporting solution design to address both routine and complex business challenges.
