Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Oncology Nurse Navigator to act as the primary point of contact for oncology patients throughout their care journey.
This person will help coordinate treatment plans, schedule appointments, connect patients with resources, and work closely with physicians, caregivers, and support teams to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care.
This is a highly visible, patient-facing position that requires strong relationship-building skills and a passion for patient advocacy.

Required Skills & Experience

• Active Florida RN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• 5+ years of nursing experience
• Oncology experience (3+ years preferred)
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Experience coordinating care across multiple providers
• Ability to work independently and manage complex patient cases

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• BSN
• Previous Nurse Navigator experience
• Oncology certifications (OCN or similar)
Experience working in a physician practice or outpatient oncology setting
