Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Interior Superintendent to join a general contracting company in Jupiter, FL. This individual will oversee day-to-day field operations on healthcare renovation and interior construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating inspections, maintaining AHCA and healthcare compliance requirements, tracking project schedules, conducting site meetings, and serving as the primary onsite liaison between clients, project teams, and hospital stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience working within occupied healthcare facilities and understands the unique requirements associated with hospital renovations and infection control protocols.
Salary: $100,000-$120,000

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
• Experience managing interior healthcare construction and renovation projects
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience coordinating AHCA inspections and healthcare compliance requirements
• Knowledge of ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) requirements
