Job Description
The Senior Program Manager will lead execution of complex, cross‑functional data initiatives focused on data governance, quality, and trust. This role partners closely with Data Governance leadership and stakeholders across business, IT, and data teams to deliver enterprise data programs with strong financial discipline and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, multi‑workstream data programs spanning data quality, data governance, data standards, and data engineering
Build and manage integrated program roadmaps, timelines, and delivery plans aligned to enterprise data strategy
Own program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor spend, and cost tracking for initiatives up to ~$1M
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues while ensuring disciplined execution and on‑time delivery
Drive adoption of data quality standards, controls, KPIs, and governance practices across business domains
Partner with technical teams leveraging platforms such as Databricks and modern data engineering stacks
Lead stakeholder engagement and executive‑level communication on program status, risks, and outcomes
Pay Rate depending on background, skills, and certifications: $45-55/hr

Required Skills & Experience
8–10+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in data, analytics, or technology initiatives
Proven experience leading large, cross‑functional programs with financial and delivery accountability
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise data practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms
Background supporting enterprise or regulated environments (e.g., utilities, energy)
Experience supporting a growing or newly formed data organization
