Insight Global is looking for a Construction Supervisor for the Greenfield and Battery Augmentation team. Construction Supervisors will initially be assigned to greenfield projects and will eventually transition to battery augmentation sites as project needs evolve. Candidates will be fully mobilized to site and play a key role in overseeing daily construction activities, supporting field execution, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project standards. This position is ideal for individuals with a mechanical or electrical background who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within large‑scale renewable energy projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support and oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on site
Assist with supervision of field crews and subcontractors
Ensure work is executed in accordance with project plans, schedules, and safety requirements
Coordinate with site leadership, construction teams, and other stakeholders
Monitor quality of work and report progress to project leadership
Enforce safety standards and PPE compliance at all times
Adapt to project needs across greenfield and battery augmentation sites
Maintain a strong on‑site presence and support overall project success

Required Skills & Experience
1–5 years of construction experience
Background in Mechanical or Electrical construction
Strong drive and passion to learn and grow within the role
Willingness and ability to travel 100% and work onsite
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced field environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Renewables experience, specifically battery
