Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Payroll Specialist with expertise in ADP systems and a strong understanding of payroll compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
This position will be hybrid in Jacksonville. This role will pay 35-38/hr based on experience

Required Skills & Experience
-At least 8-10 years of experience in payroll, including proven leadership or management responsibilities.
-Process and manage payrolls for all employees using ADP platforms.
-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
-Maintain accurate employee payroll records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
-Prepare and review payroll reports, tax filings, and year-end documentation.
-Collaborate with HR for employee data accuracy and finance for reconciliations.
-Assist with audits and support accounting functions such as journal entries and payroll-related reporting.
-Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.
