Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Support Services Specialist to join our customers Engineering and Construction services office in Homestead,FL. This is an in-office position, with the potential for hybrid remote. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the construction trade, experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and the ability to manage quantities and plans effectively.
Will be responsible for reviewing PCO's (Possible Change Orders) from the contractors on this project with Miami Date County to verify numbers are accurate based on project scope. The project work will be all structural (pavement, concrete, soil, etc.)

3-6 years experience in Construction Support Services, with a focus on DOT regulated projects
Strong knowledge of construction trade practices, DOT regulations, and safety standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools. Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
