Construction Supervisor - Electrical / I&C

Insight Global is looking to bring on a Construction Supervisor, focused on Electrical / I&C, for a Utilities client in the Apollo Beach, FL 33534 area. This person will oversee contractors performing electrical, instrumentation, and controls work across multiple power generation facilities, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

10+ years of field experience in electrical construction, I&C, commissioning, maintenance, or industrial construction supervision.
Experience directly supervising and managing contractors in the field.
Background in power generation, combined-cycle plants, steel mills, paper mills, or other heavy industrial facilities.
Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, high-voltage equipment, and cable installations.
Experience supporting outages, maintenance projects, or plant construction activities.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Electrical, Controls, I&C, or Construction Supervisory background.
Experience with:
- DCS (Distributed Control Systems)
- Instrumentation
- High-voltage cable installations
- Commissioning and startup activities
- Navy, Naval Nuclear, or other military electrical/industrial maintenance experience.
Previous experience supervising work in an operating power plant.
