Job Description
We are looking for a talented and detail oriented Senior Engineer to join our client's CTO team. As Senior Engineer, you will be primarily working with TypeScript and JavaScript in GitHub actions, server side Node.js and Node.js tooling in general, as well as building UI components. The application of focus is an internal tool that other Frontend Engineers in the organization use to build their own internal applications. The Engineer should have extensive experience with Node and JavaScript beyond just the browser.
Compensation:
$60-80/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Expertise with standard Web APIs
Experience building large-scale applications with Node.js.
Understands the importance of writing tests and has experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or vitest
Understands performance best practices with Node applications
Knowledge of GitHub actions
Knowledge of any frontend framework, React preferable, but any similar
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and Observability best practices
Experience working with AWS EKS or other similar public cloud offerings
Expertise with React.js, Redux
