nsight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Underground Division. This individual will work directly under the Division Manager and lead project execution while partnering with General Superintendents and supporting field operations across South Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level construction professional who enjoys owning projects while remaining primarily office-based.
Responsibilities
Oversee underground utility and infrastructure construction projects
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
Lead project planning and execution
Review and manage:
RFIs
Submittals
Change Orders
Pay Applications
Project Schedules
Coordinate closely with operations and field leadership
Mentor and lead supporting PM, APM, and/or Project Engineering staff
Ensure successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
Proven Project Management experience within construction
Background with a General Contractor or Specialty Contractor/Subcontractor
Strong understanding of:
Construction financials
Cost control
Contract administration
Change management
Engineering background preferred:
- Civil
- Mechanical
- Electrical
Strong leadership and client-facing skills
