Job Description

Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Design & Develop test cases and test suites focusing on efficiency and maintainability strategically designed for Automation.
2. Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance tests on IPTV, VoIP, internet, and network-based services.
3. Create and maintain strategic core test plans with meaningful test steps and expected results based on product requirements and User Stories.
4. Create actionable Defects collaborating across stakeholders on priority and criticality.
5. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to verify issue resolution and ensure end-to-end product quality.
6. Participate and contribute in Agile team activities including daily standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
7. Produce a consistent Daily Status Report and Sprint End Reports with meaningful KPIs
8. Support Deployment Testing including smoke and sanity tests during Production Releases.
9. Validate system performance, UI/UX behavior, accessibility, error handling, and service reliability across devices.
10. Leverage various QA and Agile KPIs to continuously improve the QA processes, tools, best practices and overall QA strategy
11. Learn and Contribute to Automation Frameworks and efforts using Selenium, Appium etc.
12. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

PR: $45/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in software or systems quality assurance
• Experience testing telecommunications or technology products is a plus
• Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, or similar platforms
• Understanding of networking protocols, IPTV, VoIP, or broadband services is a plus
• Basic exposure to automation testing tools and scripts preferred
