Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for driving complex technology initiatives across multiple brands and regions. The nature of this position requires daily decision-making on project scope, timelines, resource alignment, and risk management. While the Project Manager does not act independently on major decisions, they work closely with application owners and project stakeholders to evaluate options and determine the best course of action. This collaboration ensures that decisions are aligned with business priorities and technical feasibility, while maintaining compliance with governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within IT or technology domains.
Proven experience on IT projects related to data warehouse, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms.
Experience managing projects across multiple locations.
Understanding of underlying technologies such as databases (DB), virtual machines (VMs), operating systems (OS), networking, cloud, and security principles.
Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, MS Project, Monday.com).
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP or equivalent certification.
Hands-on experience with SQL for creating queries and basic data analysis.
Experience in cruise or casino industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior involvement in building or scaling a PMO function
