Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Data Entry Specialist to join the team of one of our cruising clients. This candidate will be involved in an initiative focused on data cleanup and movement into their Seaware Reservation system. They will update any incomplete or inconsistent records, reformat any data errors, and execute ad hoc data entry requests tied to operational priorities. In transferring and consolidating the data, they'll identify and manage any duplicates and support standardization to assist in the overall improvement of data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, self-motivated, and great communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-3+ years of experience with data entry
- Strongly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong data entry and customer service abilities with a great attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills, and a self-motivated attitude

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
