Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a senior, hands-on IAM Program Manager to step into an active, in-flight cybersecurity program. Requires someone who can quickly take ownership, bring order, and proactively communicate with leadership.
This role is ideal for a true PM - someone who lives and breathes project fundamentals, maintains artifacts, manages stakeholders, and keeps leadership continuously informed.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day delivery of a large IAM / cybersecurity program already in progress
Act as the primary point of contact for leadership — proactive, clear, and consistent communication is critical
Build, maintain, and manage all PM artifacts, including:
Project plans
RAID logs
Status reports
Program documentation
Coordinate closely with:
Cybersecurity teams
Business Analysts
Other Project and Program Managers
Manage organization, timelines, dependencies, and risks across workstreams
Hourly Pay Range: 50-70 * Dependent on years of experience, certifications, and location *

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager
Proven background managing complex, enterprise programs
Strong IAM exposure, including:
Active Directory (AD)
Domain consolidation
Demonstrated ability to manage up and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Deep understanding of PM fundamentals (not just coordination)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with SailPoint
Familiarity with Smartsheet and/or Monday.com
Broader cybersecurity program exposure
Experience working across multiple technical and business teams
