Insight Global is seeking an experienced Epic Rehab Consultant to support the largest health system in South Florida's ongoing Epic implementation. This consultant will play a key role in Rehab build, implementation, optimization, testing, and go-live activities as Baptist Health prepares for its July 2027 Epic Go-Live. The ideal candidate will bring extensive operational and clinical expertise and serve as a workflow leader for Rehab across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
• Rehab Certification
• Experience supporting both Inpatient and Outpatient Rehab
• Cardiac Rehab experience
• Experience working within large, complex healthcare organizations and health systems
• Deep understanding of Rehab clinical and operational workflows
• Experience with payer-related workflows
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary Rehab programs
-Previous Epic implementation
-Ability to travel onsite in South Florida as required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience mentoring analysts or operational teams
• Prior consulting experience within large health systems
• Strong stakeholder management and end-user engagement experience
