Insight Global is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and identify new market opportunities. This individual will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships, navigating complex business challenges, and closing impactful deals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional who excels at building strong relationships and driving revenue growth. In this role, you will help shape market strategy, expand brand presence, and contribute to the long-term success of the business. This role will be salary but with a 15% commission bonus structure!

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience-Engineering or Business degree
Deep expertise or connections in Aviation industry
A robust network of industry contacts ready to be leveraged
Experience with international business development and partnerships
Strong Negotiator with closing skills
Strong ability to identify new business opportunities through market research and industry insights
Proven experience generating new leads, pitching services, and closing deals
Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Ability to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
Strong presentation and communication skills, including creating proposals and delivering client-facing pitches
Experience collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track pipeline activity and report on performance metrics
Ability to stay informed on industry trends and represent the company at events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Existing network or book of business with potential clients
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage pipeline and client relationships
