Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Checkout & Operations Associate that is responsible for providing a smooth and accurate checkout experience for customers while supporting daily store operations. This role handles sales transactions, paperwork, and general operational duties to ensure the store runs efficiently and customers receive excellent service.

-Process customer checkouts using cash, credit, and debit payment methods
-Complete and manage sales paperwork, receipts, and transaction records
-Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout area
-Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties
-Maintain an organized and accurate checkout workspace

Required Skills & Experience

-Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
-Comfortable handling cash and electronic payment systems
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge
-Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
