Insight Global is seeking a Client Services Liaison for a leading legal recoveries services organization. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless daily operations, accurate reporting, and exceptional customer service. The Client Liaison will partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues, manage workflows, and support client initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage and maintain daily client deliverables, reporting schedules, and workflows
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all client documentation and reports
• Gather clarification and requirements from clients to document processes and standards
• Communicate system, process changes, and issue resolution across teams
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Audit, Media, and Operations teams
• Liaise with attorney and agency suppliers to resolve account-level issues
• Track issues through resolution and escalate risks to Management as needed
• Manage client-driven initiatives and special projects
• Conduct periodic reviews of client inventory and workflows
• Monitor and clear automated exception reporting
• Process below-authority settlement and reopen requests from suppliers
• Provide overflow support for inbound call center as needed

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in a process-oriented or client-facing environment
• 2-3 years of experience in clients services, administrative, customer service, legal or sales environments
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook (Excel test required)
• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree
• Experience with data entry: analyzing reports and ensuring data accuracy
• Ability to problem-solve, escalate issues appropriately, and meet deadlines
• Professional phone presence; ability to handle inbound inquiries
Understanding of regulated or compliance-driven environments (legal, financial, or recoveries-related)
