About this role:
We are looking for a skilled Anaplan Platform Administrator to join our team as the primary technical and functional owner of our Connected Planning environment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between IT infrastructure and business strategy, ensuring our Anaplan models are high-performing, scalable, and deeply integrated with our enterprise data. As a key independent contributor, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the platform—from architectural design and formula optimization to user support and the deployment of AI-driven forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
• Model Architecture & Building: Design, build, and maintain complex Anaplan modules and dashboards using DISCO and LID methodologies.
• Platform Administration: Manage the "IT" side of the house, including Workspace memory, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) synchronization, and security (Roles/Selective Access).
• Data Integration: Own the data flow between Anaplan and upstream systems (ERP/Snowflake) using Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, or APIs.
• AI & Intelligent Planning: Implement and tune Anaplan PlanIQ and Optimizer to move the business from manual data entry to predictive, ML-based forecasting.
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a techno-functional consultant for Finance and Operations, translating "business talk" into robust technical requirements

Required Skills & Experience
• Hands on Anaplan expertise both functional and technical.
• This role requires sr level experience. Someone who can work independently and drive solutions while collaborating with the business
• Ability to work with the business in a functional manner to gather details and provide technical solutions, build models, configure etc.
• Model Building: 2–4 years of hands-on Anaplan experience; proficiency in complex logic, lookup/mapping functions, and sparsity management.
• Systems Integration: Experience automating data loads via ETL tools or Anaplan-native integration features.
• Experience with financial applications - knowing how revenue, plans etc are used within Anaplan.
• Experience with 3rd part application integrations. (Any experience with NetSuite and salesforce with Anaplan is great)
• IT Governance: Solid understanding of version control, testing protocols, and audit requirements
• AI knowledge - adapt to AI and utilize it.
Required: Anaplan Certified Model Builder (Level 2).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
pay varies depending on experience -$60-70
