Job Description

Day-to-Day:

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the enterprise-wide asset management system, ensuring all assets align with marketing strategies and brand guidelines. This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills to strategically support operational practices with organizational goals. Additionally, this role involves making operational decisions independently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, requiring good communication skills and proficiency in new technologies. In addition, this position provides excellent customer service while managing the asset management system. This role contributes to the overall effectiveness of the marketing and communications department.




Why: Currently using Web CRD (online ordering site) old, gone from 1000 to 4000 a month. Just outdated now. Have to do 15 steps to do 1 task. We have been looking since October for other software. Looking for something to grow with us and collaborate with marketing department. They use Precaro but no longer wanting to do print. Need something that works for Marketing (Adobe Express) **Optimization

Needs a lot of cleaning of WEB CRD platforms (catalogues messy, paper stocks from different locations that are not carried in all systems) Will need to build pricing, paper Auditing and building.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:
• 3+ Years in MIS (CRM Functionality) navigation (will not need to build it but need to absorb that information and setting things up) *Doing administration and configuration
• Administration in MIS CRM functionality (Monitoring workflow, turnaround time)
• Experience with Track jobs through lifecycle (request → production → delivery)
• Adobe suite/INDesign experience (working with files)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
• PrintIQ, XMPie, Web CRD
• Web-to-print systems experience
• Printing experience (navigation)
• Marketing background or (CRM systems)
• Basic knowledge of branding and marketing workflows
• Web-to-print systems experience
