Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Voice Engineer to support a large-scale telecommunications transformation project. This role will be responsible for migrating multiple healthcare facilities from legacy 4-, 5-, and 7-digit dialing plans to a standardized 10-digit dialing environment, while simultaneously supporting a regionalization initiative that consolidates Cisco Call Manager infrastructure across multiple hospitals.
This project combines two major initiatives into one and requires strong expertise in Cisco voice technologies, dial plan design, and live cutover support.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support the migration from 4-, 5-, and 7-digit dialing plans to a 10-digit dialing environment
Support a regionalized Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) architecture, consolidating 3–5 hospitals per cluster while maintaining full resiliency for each individual facility
Resolve and redesign dial plans to eliminate extension overlap resulting from regional consolidation
Configure routing so that 10-digit dialing functions similarly to mobile phone dialing, with calls automatically routed to the correct destination
Ensure seamless call routing between facilities within a shared cluster and across regions
Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and clinical teams to ensure continuity of service during migration
Provide remote go-live support during scheduled cutovers (no travel required)
Participate in 20+ go-live events, offering real-time troubleshooting and post-cutover stabilization
Support deployments primarily within the Central Florida region
Document configurations, changes, and support procedures for long-term sustainability

7+ years of experience as Voice Enginger
Experience changing dialing plan and going to 10 digit
Cisco-call managers, translation table, routing tables ,
Contact Center- going through the scripts
Unity- voicemail box have to be changed to a 10 digit voicemail box
