Day to Day:
Performance Improvement leaders for Central Fl division
Working with C-suites to provide PI plans + education
Helping to lead out projects + the coach for our C-suites
Ensure projects remain on track + accomplish KPIs
C Suites: Operational, Corporate, PMs, etc.
Involved in performance review committees – collaborating to identify opportunities for growth

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• 5–10+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Analytics, or AI-enabled operational improvement, preferably in healthcare or complex enterprise environments
• Experience with Project Management systems and leading multi-workstream initiatives
• Lean / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality certification
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to assess current-state processes, data maturity, and AI readiness to identify performance improvement opportunities
• Strong consultative skills; able to partner effectively with executive leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex AI, analytics, and operational challenges into clear, actionable strategies
• Excellent communication skills; integrity- and mission-driven mindset
• Demonstrated success leading improvement or transformation initiatives in complex organizations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Healthcare or hospital system experience
• Direct AI, analytics, or automation exposure
• Project Management, Change Management, or Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., MS Project, Tableau, Power BI, Minitab)
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Healthcare, Business, Data/Analytics, or related field
